Paperwork... DUE TODAY!

Paperwork is due today (3/19/08). Girls need to get this to me no later than 2:10pm.

  1. Permission Slips
  2. Medical Release Forms (on the back of the permission slip)
  3. Planned Absences
  4. Grade Checks
